Webdigs got a 8.5 rating on it’s mortgage calculator
I don’t know why I’m still surprised by the Internet, but there’s a guy who ranks loan calculators.

Yeah seems like a pretty nifty calculator. I wonder what it takes to create a calculator of this magnitude. I think I’m going to check it out and see if it can licensed out – thanks for the info.

I think they bought the code for like 90 bucks and we styled it, view source and the author should be in there
